In-Person, $20-$25/Hour, 1st Shift, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits

Our client is a rapidly growing company providing installation and service solutions for residential and commercial clients. They are seeking a HVAC Install Technician to join their team.

• Lead and coordinate HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial projects
• Install and commission ductless mini-split and air-source heat pump systems
• Perform electrical and mechanical tasks including wiring, mounting, and system calibration
• Maintain detailed project records and ensure compliance with safety and building codes

• Proven experience installing HVAC systems, especially ductless or VRF units
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to supervise and train junior team members
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
