Site Laborer

Construction Laborer

We are seeking skilled site laborers for our projects on the south shore of MA. This role will involve moving earth, trenching, and installing water and sewer utilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in this specific type of work and the starting pay will be between $25 - $28 an hour. We are able to interview people in person in Weymouth as soon as possible.

• Assist with water, sewer, and underground utility projects
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Support excavation, trenching, back filling, and pipe installation
• Assist equipment operators and foremen as directed
• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Prior construction or utility experience preferred but not required
• OSHA 10 certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel up to an hour to job sites

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Weymouth, MA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
