Maintenance Technician
Schedule:
40 hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-3:30PM. This position is essential in the event of weather or other emergencies.
Pays $21.40 - $24.00 per hour DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)

151 Geneva Ave, Dorchester, MA 02021
Summary Of The Position:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work and painting, etc.
Requirements
Education/Training:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read printed labels and instructions
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
Preferred:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Knowledge/
Experience:
Required:
- Minimum of six (6) months of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems
Preferred:
- Previous experience in Building Maintenance
