Position: CDL Laborer / Hoisting Operator

Kelly Services is hiring a  
** CDL Driver / Hoisting Operator
** for a fence company near Middleborough. This is a great opportunity for someone with a CDL and hoisting experience who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, operating equipment, and supporting fence and guardrail installation projects.

** Middleborough, MA / On the road

** Pay:**  $21-30/hr dep on exp (higher for the right person)

* Schedule:

** Full-time

** What you'll be doing:*
* + Driving company vehicles and transporting materials to job sites

+ Operating machinery and equipment to support fence and guardrail installation

+ Digging holes, setting posts, moving materials, and assisting installation crews

+ Loading, unloading, and moving heavy materials between trucks and worksites

+ Using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely

+ Supporting installation of fence, guardrail, and related materials

+ Working in a physically demanding outdoor construction environment

+ Following safety procedures and maintaining a high-quality work standard

** This job might be a great fit if you:*
* + Have a  
** CDL Class A or B license*
* + Have or can obtain a  
** DOT Medical Certificate*
* + Have a  
** Hoisting License 2A and/or 1C** , preferred

+ Have OSHA 10 certification, preferred

+ Have commercial construction experience, preferred

+ Have fence or guardrail installation experience, preferred

+ Can lift  
** 45 lbs. consistently and up to 95 lbs.*
* + Have reliable transportation to and from job sites

+ Can understand directions in English

+ Are comfortable working in a safety-focused, physically demanding environment

+ Can pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana
