CDL Laborer / Hoisting Operator

Kelly Services is hiring a CDL Driver / Hoisting Operator for a fence company near Middleborough. This is a great opportunity for someone with a CDL and hoisting experience who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, operating equipment, and supporting fence and guardrail installation projects.

Location:

Middleborough, MA / On the road Pay: $21-30/hr dep on exp (higher for the right person)

Schedule:

Full-time

• Driving company vehicles and transporting materials to job sites
• Operating machinery and equipment to support fence and guardrail installation
• Digging holes, setting posts, moving materials, and assisting installation crews
• Loading, unloading, and moving heavy materials between trucks and worksites
• Using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Supporting installation of fence, guardrail, and related materials
• Working in a physically demanding outdoor construction environment
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a high-quality work standard

• Have a CDL Class A or B license
• Have or can obtain a DOT Medical Certificate
• Have a Hoisting License 2A and/or 1C, preferred
• Have OSHA 10 certification, preferred
• Have commercial construction experience, preferred
• Have fence or guardrail installation experience, preferred
• Can lift 45 lbs. consistently and up to 95 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Can understand directions in English
• Are comfortable working in a safety-focused, physically demanding environment
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana
