Journeyman Electrician

Role Overview

As a Journeyman Electrician, you will perform the installation and retrofitting of premium efficiency lighting in a wide variety of commercial and industrial facilities. You will work with ladders and aerial lifts, drive between locations throughout the workday and week, and adhere to company safety guidelines while maintaining a clean site that minimally interferes with customers’ operations. This position covers Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts territory.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Journeyman's or Master Electrician's License
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to follow detailed work orders and provide accurate written documentation and progress reports
• Ability to work efficiently, productively, and with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders

• Experience in the installation of premium efficiency lighting upgrades
• Familiarity with energy management systems, controls, variable frequency drives, or high efficiency motors (helpful but not essential)
