Perform mechanical inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on doors, gates, and related hardware;
Install, configure, and maintain electronic access control components such as mag locks, proximity sensors, and key access systems;
Support general maintenance activities including minor plumbing, painting, and furniture repairs;
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and regulatory standards across the facility
