Location: Williamstown
The Institute seeks a maintenance technician to perform a wide variety of duties related to repair and preventive maintenance of buildings and systems, including carpentry, painting, HVAC and plumbing. Schedule may be Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Saturday.
Responsibilities include maintaining finishes, walls and woodwork, assisting with HVAC, monitoring the Building Management System, and ensuring facilities are safe and clean. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential.
