The Commons in Lincoln, a Benchmark Senior Living community, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lincoln, MA. The role involves performing repairs and maintenance across electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and HVAC areas.
Schedule is full-time, Tue–Sat, 9am–5:30pm, with a focus on resident satisfaction and safety. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are capable of emergency response, and can learn our work order software.
