Residential HVAC Installer

Pay: $35.00 - $51.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary

As an HVAC Installer, you'll provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for a wide range of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. You'll represent our company with professionalism while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of HVAC experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
  • Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and the ability to explain its benefits
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and coworkers
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
  • Sheet Metal License
  • HVAC Technical School certification
  • Insurable driving record
  • Ownership of commonly used HVAC tools
