Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Sterling, MA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a General Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to launch your career!
Job Scope:
- Assist pipe crews with underground utility and sitework projects
- Dig trenches and perform site preparation work
- Lay pipe and assist with utility installation
- Backfill trenches and compact materials
- Shoot grade using lasers and grade rods
- Work alongside excavation equipment and operators
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform additional sitework duties as assigned
