We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Westminster, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to support facility operations.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
