- Diagnose and repair residential boiler system issues
- Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, safety inspections, and system evaluations
- Install, replace, and upgrade boilers and related heating equipment
- Troubleshoot hydronic heating systems, controls, circulators, expansion tanks, and related components
- Test system performance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and reliability
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national codes and safety standards
- Educate homeowners on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices
- Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing, maintaining, or repairing residential boiler systems
- Experience with gas, oil, and hydronic heating systems preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Applicable Massachusetts licenses and certifications preferred
