Are you driven to make a real impact in the lives of youth? Arc Broward’s Youth Links Program is looking for an energetic and compassionate Success Coach to help young people overcome barriers, discover their strengths, and build brighter futures.
About Us:Arc Broward is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of people with developmental disabilities and other life challenges.
As a Youth Success Coach, you will help support youth/young adults (ages 15-21) with special needs in a year‑round school/summer program.

Job Readiness Coach
- Build trusting, motivational relationships with youth
- Develop individualized success plans focused on employment, education, and life skills
- Coach participants through personal, academic, and professional goals
- Connect youth to resources, employers, and community partners
- Celebrate progress and empower self‑confidence every step of the way
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Vocational Education, Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
- At least 1 year of prior work experience supporting youth with disabilities.
- Social skills instruction.
- Case management.
- Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
