CRJ seeks a compassionate Residential Counselor to support individuals served by the organization. This full-time, 40-hour/week, non-exempt position is located in Orange, MA. The role is eligible for benefits and offers a starting rate of $18.00 per hour, with potential growth to $22.00 per hour.

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals outlined in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to help clients attain the highest quality of life while ensuring their safety in all settings.
• Administer medications and complete required documentation (progress notes, weekly summaries, attendance) in a timely manner.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Must pass required certifications within the allotted time set forth by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver's check.
