* ** The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.30 per hour, depending on education and experience.*
* This position is located in Rutland, MA.
The schedule for this position is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

** As the Adminstrative Specialist you will:*
* + Assistthe Clinical department with administrative tasks and organization,including but not limited to assisting with auditing, tracking, scheduling, and licensing.
+ Provide outstanding customer service to outside agencies, legal entities, and internal customers.
+ Work with private information and demonstrate a 'need to know' work ethic.
+ Be able to effectively navigate multiple electonic health record platforms (EHRs) and state portals, and possess strong general computer skills.
+ Demonstrate ability to work independently, priortize tasks, and pay close attention to detail and deadlines.
