  • Family Reentry (FRE):
    At Family Reentry, we address the often-intertwining problems of behavioral health, domestic violence, reentry, recidivism, and risks to youth by offering evidence-based interventions to provide support and effect positive change. Job Summary

Assists the Program Manager in areas related to supervision and general operation of the residential program. Provides direct care supervision to individuals and ensures shifts run smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Assist the Program Manager in performing the following duties:
  • Coordinate and supervise daily programmatic functions including supervision/oversight of staff, upkeep of the residence and implementation of all aspects of individual treatment plans.
  • Ensure that complete and appropriate individual records are maintained in accordance with funding source regulations and Community Strategies policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of behavior plans, ISP objectives and all other aspects of residential programming.
  • Participate in the training of all new employees.
  • Manage program funds and supervise personal finances for all clients.
  • Dispense medications per MAP requirements as needed.
  • Engage in the upkeep of the residence.
  • Ensure adequate program coverage and supervision.
  • Ensure that duties and responsibilities are carried out in a supportive and professional manner.
  • Attend appropriate meetings as directed.
  • Conduct physical restraints as needed.
  • Extended standing, sitting and lifting as needed.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
