Program Director – Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health

Rutland, MA

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 9:00 am–5:00 pm

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the group home, including program planning and implementation.
• Supervise and support multidisciplinary staff such as nurses, educators, therapists, and psychiatrists.
• Manage program budget and ensure financial accountability.
• Integrate community-based experiences for youth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma with five years of congregate care experience, or Bachelor’s degree with three years of congregate care experience; degree in psychology, social work, sociology or related field preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to attend a 2‑week paid orientation in Rutland, MA.

• $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Additional $250 bonus if MAP Certified.
• Annual salary $54,000 – $63,640 based on education and experience.
• 192 paid time off hours per year and 64 sick hours.
