Program Director – Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health
Location:
Rutland, MA
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 9:00 am–5:00 pm
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the group home, including program planning and implementation.
- Supervise and support multidisciplinary staff such as nurses, educators, therapists, and psychiatrists.
- Manage program budget and ensure financial accountability.
- Integrate community-based experiences for youth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High School Diploma with five years of congregate care experience, or Bachelor’s degree with three years of congregate care experience; degree in psychology, social work, sociology or related field preferred.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to attend a 2‑week paid orientation in Rutland, MA.
- $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
- Additional $250 bonus if MAP Certified.
- Annual salary $54,000 – $63,640 based on education and experience.
- 192 paid time off hours per year and 64 sick hours.
- 403(b) retirement with guaranteed 3% employer contribution and additional 2% match.
