* The pay for this position starts at $54,000 annually, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $63,640.
This position is located in Rutland, MA.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
**$1,000 Sign-on Bonus*

** serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Hillcrest Cottage program serves males 12 to 21 withASD levels 1 and 2 and IDD with co-occurring psychiatric disorders. Uses ABA model. With 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program supports growth and development.
As a Program Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the group home, including program planning, supervision of staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services.

** Qualifications*
* + Must be 21 years of age or older.
+ Valid driver's license
** required.*
* + High School Diploma with five years of congregate care experience or Bachelor's degree with three years of congregate care experience required. Degrees in the subject area of psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred **.*
* + Two years of previous supervisory experience

** Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.*
