CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Residential Counselors to support the wonderful individuals we serve! This is a full‑time, 40‑hours/week, non‑exempt position located in Orange, MA. The position is eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $18/hr.

Schedule:

Sunday 8:00 am‑4:00 pm, 4:00 pm‑12:00 am (Double);
Monday 8:00 am‑4:00 pm;
Tuesday 8:00 am‑4:00 pm;
Wednesday 8:00 am‑4:00 pm (Hours are flexible).

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in each client’s Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to help clients attain the highest quality of life while maintaining safety in all settings.
• Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in others’ lives.
• Must pass required certifications within the allotted time set by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s background check.
