Position: Program Director – Group Home.
Location: Rutland, MA.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 9:00‑5:00.
Salary: $54,000‑$63,640 annually (depending on experience and education).
Sign‑on Bonus: $2,000, plus an additional $250 if MAP Certified.
You will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a group home, including program planning, supervision of residential staff, budget management, integration of community‑based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, therapeutic services.

- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- High school diploma with five years of congregate care experience, or a bachelor’s degree with three years of congregate care experience; degrees in psychology, social work, sociology, or related fields preferred.
- Two years of previous supervisory experience required.
- Ability to complete a 2‑week orientation training, Monday‑Friday 8:00‑4:00.
