Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) is seeking an IS/CBDS Case Manager to support adults with developmental disabilities in home and community settings on Cape Cod. You will provide direct supports, coordinate services, promote independence and community inclusion, and document progress and outcomes in client records.
ASL fluency is strongly preferred. The role offers flexible weekday hours, potential weekend coverage, and a rewarding path helping individuals live meaningful, more integrated lives
