Location: Orange
Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is hiring Residential Counselors to support the individuals we serve with compassion and reliability. This is a full-time position working at our Orange, MA location, 32-hours per week, non-exempt.
The role offers eligibility for benefits and a starting rate of $18/hr you will supervise and transport clients to programs and appointments, assist with skill-building aligned to Individual Service Plans, and model positive behavior to promote safety and quality
