Senior Resident Services Coordinator

Salary Range: $34.00 - $36.00 Hourly

Plumley Village is a 400+ Multifamily apartment community in Worcester, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident needs, provide referrals, coordinate services, and follow up on outcomes.
  • Support residents with housing stability, benefits, employment, education, food assistance, healthcare, mental health, and aging-in-place resources.
  • Advocate for residents and help resolve complex challenges and barriers.
  • Develop relationships with nonprofits, agencies, service providers, and community partners.
  • Plan and coordinate educational, wellness, and community engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with property management, volunteers, and Resident Services staff.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to Resident Services colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while protecting resident confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in resident services, social services, case management, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Community Development, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals and families with diverse and/or complex needs
  • Strong knowledge of community resources and social service systems
  • Excellent communication, advocacy, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing programs and community partnerships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Prior mentoring or leadership experience preferred
