Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 1p-8pm
As a Milieu Coordinator at Seven Hills Foundation, you will play a key role in improving the mental health functioning of youth in our residential programs. This role requires you to support the successful operation of a therapeutic milieu, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and trauma-informed care. You will lead a dynamic team, provide staff supervision, and coordinate daily activities to support youth in a client-centered environment.
Flexibility is essential, with responsibilities that include evening, weekend shifts, and an on-call rotation.

- Oversee shift scheduling and staffing ratios to ensure smooth program operations.
- Implement client-centered, skill-building activities in collaboration with the team.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Direct Care Staff/Residential Counselors, ensuring quality supervision and adherence to policies.
- Collaborate with Program Directors and other Milieu Coordinators to fulfill staffing needs across programs.
- Provide on-call support and assist with staffing and programmatic concerns.
- Monitor safety risks in the milieu and take corrective actions as needed.
- Model best practices in client-centered care, trauma-informed approaches, and cultural competence.
- Support program hiring, training, coaching, and performance management processes.
