Schochet is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Seabury Heights in Worcester, MA.

Schochet is a full-service real estate development and management company dedicated to providing enriched housing alongside strong resident support services. Our team of 20 Resident Services Coordinators plays a vital role in supporting residents and enhancing the quality of life across our properties.
Duties/skills include, but not limited to:
- As a member of the Property Management team, the RSC works collaboratively with property staff, residents, volunteers and community partners.
- Connecting our residents to services, resources and support is a primary duty of the RSC. This includes assessments, education, referrals to service providers, and ongoing monitoring of support. Some examples of service topics include resources to help older adults age in place, rental assistance, benefits and entitlements, food assistance and mental health.
- The RSC establishes onsite wellness programs and events through relationships with community partners and/or utilizing the RSC programming budget. Topics can range from having celebrations that prevent isolation and build community to lectures on health topics and general wellbeing, such as fraud prevention or computer classes.
- Advocate, organize, problem-solve to obtain results for residents.
- Establish relationships with community agencies and service providers who will provide direct services to residents.
Team player with a BS in Social Work or 2-3 years’ experience in social services delivery with older adults. Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation to travel between properties, attend meetings and conferences when needed.
