Join a supportive and student-focused school team as a part time SLPAfor the second semester of the  school year
! We're seeking a compassionate, collaborative professional to support the Speech Language Pathologist directly in the classroom and help students thrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy activities
  • Reinforce communication strategies in individual and group settings
  • Monitor and document student progress, reporting updates to supervising SLPs
  • Support teachers and staff in integrating speech and language goals into classroom activities
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders preferred)
  • Active SLPA license/certification in the state of MA (per state requirements for school-based practice)
  • Knowledge of speech and language development
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays
