Principal Software Engineering Architect; Onsite

Onsite, U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person required.

Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date.

• Work with the team to deliver great products for the user using available resources.
• Introduce modern architecture, design solutions, and processes to improve the product.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks.
• Mentor and foster the team’s technical and professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in software engineering.
• Experience architecting multi‑security level, mission‑critical software systems.
• Experience translating system requirements into scalable, implementable software architectures and guiding technical execution across teams.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience designing to meet data processing performance requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills with hardware, integration and test, and program leadership to ensure end‑to‑end system performance and delivery.
• Experience working in classified environments with an understanding of security constraints and data handling requirements.

Salary Range: $107,500 - $204,500.
