JCC Greater Boston in Dover, Massachusetts seeks a Climbing Wall Specialist for Camp Grossman’s Summer Day Camp 2026. This full‑time, on‑site role guides campers through safe climbing activities, building confidence and fitness while promoting teamwork.
You’ll inspect gear, manage belay protocols, coordinate with the Program Director, and participate in staff meetings and special events. A high school diploma is preferred and starting pay is $16/hour.
