Paper King, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated recent college graduate to join our growing team as a Logistics & Order Operations Manager. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in supply chain, operations, and customer service within a fast‑paced distribution environment.

• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure efficient delivery timelines
• Book freight and manage logistics with carriers and transportation partners
• Prepare, process, and track customer orders accurately and on time
• Monitor shipments to ensure on‑time and complete deliveries
• Communicate proactively with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding order status and delivery updates
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and documentation issues
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure proper documentation compliance
• Support inventory coordination and operational reporting as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
• Professionally handle customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline‑driven environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
