Non-CDL Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker | $22/hr | Chatham, MA

Trans Force is seeking a Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to support local operations based in Chatham, MA.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

• Pay: $22/hour, OT after 40 hours, $700 - $800 estimated weekly pay
• Route Type: local
• Freight / Load Type: hauling seafood to hotels & restaurants
• Equipment: refrigerated box truck
• Handling: pallet jack for deliveries & some warehouse work

• License:
  Non-CDL, valid Driver's License
• Experience:
  
  3-6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable Box Truck driving experience

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

• Safely operate a refrigerated box truck on local routes
• Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries
• Some warehouse work required after deliveries are completed
