Job Description Summary

Dispatcher - A position that manages drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers. The role is responsible for overseeing the application of appropriate DOT standards, reporting, scheduling, and supporting customer service and sales goals of the business unit.

• Manage drivers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of equipment.
• Apply and enforce DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with drivers and customers.
• Support customer service and sales objectives.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in applications involving construction/industrial equipment.
• Experience applying knowledge of DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Customer service and dispatch training a plus.
• Working knowledge of the delivery area.

This role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $64,750. (starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience).
