RXO - - Responsibilities:
Provide logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination;
Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders;
Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrived on time and in good condition;
Take check calls from drivers, ensuring on-time delivery; validate load data for accounting;
Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments; provide directions to properly route drivers
