Clamp Operator / Clamp Truck Driver

We're hiring an experienced Clamp Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on clamp truck experience who is safety-focused and comfortable handling large or bulky products.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a forklift with a hydraulic clamp attachment
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Move, stack, and stage large or unpalletized products
• Adjust clamp pressure to prevent product damage
• Use warehouse systems or scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Perform daily equipment and safety inspections
• Assist with inventory counts, order picking, and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous clamp truck/forklift experience required
• Experience loading and unloading trailers
• Ability to safely handle large and bulky products
• Warehouse or distribution experience
• WMS or RF scanner experience is a plus
• Strong attention to safety and product quality
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
