Shipping and Receiving Associate

Pay: $23-$26/hr

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to ensure accurate and timely shipment and receipt of materials and products, supporting our mission and operational excellence.

• Unload trucks and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and sales teams to resolve inventory or documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records (physical and system) for shipping/receiving activities; assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Put away received goods in correct storage locations, ensuring lot numbers, revision levels, and serial numbers are tracked.
• Keep shipping/receiving dock and warehouse areas organized and compliant with 5S and safety standards.

• Prior experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in labeling, counting, and documentation.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficient computer skills: shipping software, inventory systems, MS Office (Excel, Word), and ERP systems (JobBOSS experience a plus).

• Ability to stand and walk; lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles; moderate noise level in the work environment.
