Norwell, MA $18–$22/hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time while helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.

• Load and unload incoming deliveries, transfers, and customer shipments
• Accurately pull, pack, and prepare customer orders
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Assist with inventory control and stock organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or shipment issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse operations
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to stay organized and work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution, or general labor experience
• Experience operating warehouse equipment
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and order fulfillment

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and moving materials
• Ability to work in a physically active environment throughout the day
