About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Assistant to join their growing operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations, accurate inventory control, and reliable administrative support. Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience; warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential
• Ability to lift inventory and work in a hands-on warehouse environment
• Experience with SAP, particularly SAP S/4
  
  HANA, is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and shelve supplies and materials in the warehouse
• Post accurate inventory data in SAP and maintain clean records
• File all material/equipment transaction forms according to standard procedures
• Conduct physical inventory audits and verify against control records
• Manage other stock-related activities: returning, packing, pricing, and labeling
• Identify and report damaged or missing deliveries to accounting for resolution
• Perform SAP data entry for match coding, creating new spare parts records
• Prepare work bills (W/Bills) for jobsite materials
• Organize materials and spare parts for jobsite and workshop repairs
