Warehouse Lean Replenishment MHEO Full Time 3rd Shift

• Warehouse Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator:
  Operates forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Porter:
  Responsible for general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility while adhering to safety procedures. Operates material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Replenishment:
  Operates material handling equipment to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns:
  Confirms accuracy of product, works with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages, communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts, manually unloads trucks and palletizes products, and operates material handling equipment while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Returns:
  Operates material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse, matches item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, checks in returned product and tags appropriately, and operates material handling equipment while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Shipping:
  Organizes, stacks, and shrink-wrapps customer orders on pallets; loads trucks manually; lifts, lowers, and carries product in a fast‑paced environment and stacks empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.

• Certified to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Ability and willingness to keep work area clean.
• Inclusive approach with colleagues and customers to forge strong relationships and foster collaboration to resolve issues.
• Quickly adopt safety procedures and ensure safe work practices.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• If hired as a Full‑Time associate, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime hours may be required based on business need.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack and cherry picker helpful.

• Competitive Pay Rate: $23.80/hour (includes $2.00/hour Shift Differential).
