Now Hiring: Warehouse Material Handler
Location: Devens, MA
Pay Rate: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
We're hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to join a fast-paced distribution and logistics operation in Devens, MA. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, forklift, or material handling experience who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment focused on safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect products for damage
- Pick, pack, label, wrap, and palletize customer orders accurately
- Load outbound shipments and ensure products are correctly staged for delivery
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory transactions
- Assist with repacking, shrink wrapping, pallet sorting, warehouse organization, and general housekeeping
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Support additional warehouse and distribution tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution, or inventory experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred; OSHA Forklift and HAZMAT certifications are a plus
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety
