We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Logistics Associate to support day-to-day material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for accurate picking, staging, replenishment, receiving, inventory control, and shipping support. The ideal candidate has prior experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or kitting environments and is comfortable working with warehouse management systems and material handling equipment.

• Perform picking, staging, and replenishment of materials to support production and order fulfillment
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against documentation, and route materials appropriately
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, put-away, and stock reconciliation
• Support shipping operations, including packing, labeling, and staging outbound orders
• Operate RF scanners and other material handling equipment to track inventory movement
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with facility safety standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals
• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory, damaged goods, or process inefficiencies

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or kitting environment

• SAP or warehouse management system (WMS) experience is a plus
• RF scanner and material handling equipment experience preferred
• Forklift and pallet jack experience/certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout a shift, including standing, bending, and walking
