I opened my agency in 2007 and lead a well-established team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm in claims, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding policies, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer care. I attended a local university and later went on to Touro Law School, bringing a detail-oriented and thoughtful approach to how we serve our customers and support our team.

Our office is located in a charming, walkable village area, and the environment is pleasant, personal, and highly relationship-driven. • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
