COTAs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.

Hourly Pay Rate: $33 Hourly (W-2), $37 Hourly (1099)

• Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in a SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
