Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: $50 – $55 per hour
Parkview Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team in Massapequa, NY. Our facility is known for its supportive culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to exceptional resident care. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who enjoys leading teams, maintaining clinical excellence, and ensuring residents receive the highest quality care.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and supervision to nursing staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality resident care
Monitor resident progress and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility healthcare regulations
Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, upper management, residents, and family members
Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage staff and maintain high standards of patient care
