Shortage Control Lead - Full-Time

Burlington -  - Responsibilities:
Deterrent to theft and fraud throughout the store by displaying command presence and role modeling;
Maintain a safe and secure store with attention to detail and strong communication;
Engage with customers and associates in areas with highest risk for shortage to promote best-in-class service;
Gather and document indicators of external theft and share with leadership; support evidence gathering for large-scale or organized retail crime;
Assist in internal controls and operational oversight including store audits and monitoring POS transactions; promote asset protection programs; onboard and train associates in shortage reduction processes
