Burlington - 5520 Sunrise Highway - Responsibilities:
Deterrent to dishonest behaviors and reduce theft through commanding presence and training;
Maintain a safe and secure store with attention to detail and effective communication with leadership;
Engage with customers and associates in high-risk shortage areas with professional customer service;
Gather indicators of external theft and assist in engagement with local law enforcement as needed;
Provide onboarding and ongoing training for shortage reduction programs and assist with semi-annual inventory process
