Rochester Regional Health - - Responsibilities:
Assist patients with bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, nail care (excluding certain patients), elimination needs, dressing, undressing, repositioning, and mobility.;
Provide comfort care, including back rubs, and maintain a clean, safe, and neat patient environment.;
Administer enemas and collect specimens (urine, stool, sputum) as directed by the nurse.;
Measure and record vital signs, intake and output, patient weight, and apply ice packs and elastic stockings as ordered.
