Retail Sales Merchandiser

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser to drive sales and in-store execution for leading consumer brands. In this field-based role, you will visit assigned retail locations to implement planograms, build visually compelling displays, ensure on-shelf availability, and place secondary placements that maximize product visibility. You will foster strong relationships with store personnel, capture data and photos through digital tools, and report insights to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores to execute merchandising plans and maintain product displays
• Implement planograms, adjust shelf sets, and ensure pricing and signage accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels, identify out-of-stocks, and recommend ordering adjustments
• Build relationships with store managers and staff to secure optimal product placement
• Set up promotional and seasonal displays to support brand and sales initiatives
• Capture in-store data, photos, and activity reports using digital tools or mobile apps
• Communicate field insights, competitive activity, and opportunities to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in all assigned retail locations
• Manage daily route planning and time to meet visit frequency and coverage goals
