• Assist with monthly close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Monitor compliance with grant requirements and funding guidelines
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting for programs and departments
• Assist with audit preparation and year-end financial processes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in nonprofit accounting and grant tracking preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting principles
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience preparing financial reports and reconciliations preferred
