The Commercialization Specialist enables the commercialization team to operate efficiently by removing tactical workload from managers and ensuring executional accuracy across systems and processes. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, supporting customer requirements, and improving overall speed to market. By ensuring consistency in execution, the Specialist reduces risk, enhances cross-functional coordination, and supports successful product launches.

Responsibilities

Commercialization Specialist
Massillon, OH (Hybrid Schedule)

The Commercialization Specialist supports the execution of commercialization projects by owning tactical workflows, documentation, and system updates required to successfully bring products to market. This role focuses on enabling project teams by managing critical details including sample coordination, technical data updates, artwork compliance, and customer portal maintenance. The Specialist ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across systems while supporting Commercialization Managers in delivering launches Right-On-Time-In-Full (ROTIF).

Your seat at the table:

  • Sample Management:
    Coordinate customer samples, track shipments, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Asset Management:
    Coordinate and manage asset libraries.
  • Data Entry and Management:
    Maintain and update customer information across internal systems.
  • Artwork & Regulatory Support:
    Support artwork routing and tracking regulatory approvals.
  • Customer & Portal Management:
    Maintain customer portals, upload documentation, and ensure accuracy of all customer-facing materials.
  • Communication timely updates to cross-functional teams on task statuses and required follow-ups.
  • Process Compliance:
    Tracking KPI and reporting of Stage Gate and commercialization processes, supporting documentation accuracy.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and tactical workflows to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Project Support:
    Assist Commercialization Managers with ad-hoc tactical tasks across the commercialization lifecycle, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in administration, project coordination, or support function within CPG or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • On-time completion of assigned project tasks
  • Accuracy of system data and documentation
  • Sample delivery timing and reliability
  • Artwork and regulatory compliance cycle time
