Description

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. If you are a self-starter who thrives on accuracy and fits our culture of kindness and initiative, we want to hear from you. Pay: $20.00/HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily sales, process deposits, and balance cash, check, and credit card collections.
• Manage account invoices by confirming returns, applying sales tax, calculating shipping, and ensuring PO information is accurate.
• Keep accounts up-to-date, ensure prompt pay discounts are applied correctly, and follow all sales tax laws.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts, billing questions, or payment issues.
• Record day-to-day transactions, complete the posting process, and assist with cash flow reporting.
• Execute other duties as assigned to support the Controller.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required;
  Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quick Books.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions and customer order sheets.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle variables in situations where limited standardization exists.

Position Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred

Level of

Experience:

Three years' experience bookkeeping experience required

Microsoft Office Software to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks
